I would like to take this opportunity of thanking your firm for installing an aerial at our property last week in such a professional manner. I was particularly pleased with your member of staff- Richard- who attended. I found him to be polite, well presented and he explained the various options clearly. The fact that he wiped his shoes thoroughly before entering our house and removed them when working in the lounge was equally impressive. Such action shows respect for other peoples' property.
